Gnymble is a product of Percentric Technologies, LLC, which operates it and is responsible for this policy.

Gnymble provides business text messaging for companies in regulated and highly regulated industries. This policy explains what information Gnymble collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

We collect account and billing information from businesses that use Gnymble, and the contact information and message content those businesses send and receive through the platform, including phone numbers, names, message text, and delivery data.

How we use information

We use information to operate the messaging platform, deliver and receive messages, provide support, maintain compliance records, prevent abuse, and meet legal, carrier, and billing requirements.

Consent and opt-out

Businesses using Gnymble are responsible for obtaining consent from their recipients and honoring opt-out requests. Gnymble supports STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, and similar keywords and processes opt-outs as required by TCPA, CTIA, and carrier rules.

Sharing

We share information with carriers, messaging aggregators, and infrastructure providers as needed to deliver messages, and with regulators or law enforcement where legally required. Gnymble does not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain message, consent, and billing records for as long as needed to operate the service, support customers, and satisfy legal and carrier compliance obligations.

Your choices

Message recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Businesses can request access to or deletion of their account data where legally and operationally feasible.

Texts from Gnymble

When you text Gnymble or opt in to texts from Gnymble, we use your phone number and messages only to reply to you and to send the texts you agreed to receive. We do not share mobile phone numbers, text message opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies.
