How Gnymble Started
Gnymble started with a doctor who builds software. Bryan Fine had a friend who smoked cigars, and he needed an industry to take his software to market. Cigars are regulated, which made them the right fit. Cigar businesses kept Gnymble afloat for years with their support.
An entire category of specialized, premium businesses was being shut out of modern customer communication, not for doing anything wrong, but because most platforms don't want to learn this category.
